The performing arts are one of the most traditional and long-lasting types of arts education throughout history.
The performing arts involve performances, as opposed to the visual arts, which relate to the use of visual means to produce art. These could include performing arts like singing, dancing, and acting in front of live audiences.
The performing arts might be strongly incorporated within the academic curriculum or offered to pupils as an extracurricular activity after school. Success in the performing arts requires a special commitment of time and effort, but performers are rewarded with a variety of advantages and life skills that serve them not just in their academic work but also outside of the classroom.
